Day One: Printhie Wines
Discover the artistry behind Australia’s award-winning sparkling at Printhie Wines. Your experience begins with a private tasting hosted by either the winemaker or a member of the Swift family followed by a guided vineyard tour.
Sample the entire Swift Sparkling range before exploring the origins of these exceptional wines with insights into their creation—from base wine to aging and disgorging. Complete your visit with a four course degustation at the hatted Printhie Dining.
Day Two: Swinging Bridge
Immersive, informative, and of course, indulgent, Indulge is our pinnacle food and wine experience. Enjoy a guided tour of our spectacular Hill Park Vineyard with stunning views of Gaanha Bula-Mount Canobolas, followed by a five course degustation lunch at our Cellar Door.
Each course is accompanied by a selection of current and Museum release wines thoughtfully curated by our Head Chef and team of WSET trained Sommeliers. Be guided through each flight, learning the intricacies of cool climate winemaking, engaging in our rich history and tasting the premium nature of the Orange Wine Region.
